Shipping policy

By ordering from us, you are allowing us to select a courier to ship your order to you on your behalf. As such, there are factors beyond our control in the shipping process. Our shipping guidelines are as follows:

1. We will process the shipment of your order in 3 to 5 business days after the full payment has been sent and has been cleared in our account. 

2. Your jewelry items will be carefully packaged and wrapped by us and sent to a third-party courier for shipment.

3. All packages will be insured by us for a maximum of 5,000 Philippine Pesos, or the cost of the item, whichever is lower, in the event of loss of a package. Should you wish to purchase added insurance from us, please inform us immediately before the order is processed for shipment and we will ask for a small additional fee for added insurance. We assume no further liability for any loss, damage or delays to the package during the shipping process. 

4. Shipping cost may vary depending on region, item weight and size, and cost. We reserve the right to ask for additional payment should quoted shipping prices differ at time of shipment.
